THE PLAN(?) is a short film by Susan Rubin and Andrea Garbarini about the absurdity of the current evacuation plan for the aging Indian Point nuclear power plant.

This is the film that caused such a commotion at the NRC meeting in early June – it is a six-minute real conversation starter about the evacuation plan should something go wrong at Indian Point.
